 Thank you for shopping at Morandi.  If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

You have 10 calendar days to return/exchange full priced items from the official purchase date.  Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. Tags must remain attached, when applicable and accompanied by receipt. Footwear returns must include the original box in its original condition, when applicable. All returns will be given a store credit only. 


ALL SALE, SWIM, BEAUTY, AND ACCESSORIES ARE FINAL SALE. 


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit will be sent to you via email.

Morandi does not provide free return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your return. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to receive your return.
